I have not personally seen the ramp yet but my boyfriend said it is aluminum, 19 feet long and has a rail to hang on to. It seems sturdy and he was happy with everything. When I voiced concern over it the installer said “they all do that, you just have to wiggle some more in the chair.” I didn’t think highly of that. He even voiced that he usually does not have to take the check for the balance, but he would, but refused to give a receipt repeating that the office would send me one.”
