Service, Warranty & Repairs

Our Job Doesn’t End When Your Product Is Installed

Despite offering top quality products with expert installation, mobility equipment, just like any other complex machinery, may require occasional service. That’s why we promise to be available if you need us – we even back our products with a best-in-class limited service warranty so you can rest easy knowing we’ve got you covered.

One-Year Limited Service Warranty

101 Mobility includes a complimentary One-Year Limited Service Warranty on each new product that we sell and install. Most manufacturers offer product warranties that cover the cost of replacement parts for various lengths of time, but paying someone to diagnose the issue and perform the repairs can become costly. Our service warranty helps fill in the gaps.

Equipment from Other Companies & Manufacturers

It is an unfortunate truth that we receive calls daily from individuals who purchased their stairlifts, platform lifts, and other mobility and accessibility equipment from online stores, companies who are no longer in business, or retailers who do not provide service for their products.

We understand how frustrating this can be and we do our best to serve anyone with repair needs. We can service equipment from most major manufacturers. Depending on the make, model, and age of your equipment, we are often able to provide repairs or alternative options to anyone in need.
