“Contractor issues. Changing of contractor and new contractor was ok but it was his first job so not up to standard of what I had expected. The second contractor was very accommodating and did an excellent job. Just the fact that it was his first stiltz job was not him fault but from a customer perspective I couldn’t give a rating of 10. Also there was a loose wire in the head of unit. ( manufacturing issue I assume) The elevator worked on and off for first few weeks and needed 3 trips for techs to figure out issue. Again Tecks were great . Supper accommodating etc but due to the defect I didn’t rate a 10. Also the key to open door is a really poor design as anyone that’s under 5â€2†if locked in elevator can’t reach to open. Customer service from the top down starting with John.
