Meet Our Team

John held senior executive positions throughout his career. He worked for many years in Consumer Packaged Goods for companies like Pepsi and Heinz. He was then lured into the world of bright lights and movie stars where he served as President for Warner Bros., Home Entertainment Group. It was when he attempted to help his aging mother navigate the many different options to help her remain in her home that he became interested in the world of in-home mobility. His experience prompted him to seek out the best company he could find and open a business of his own.

John has a passion for his family, golf, music, and cars. He is the father of 4 children, one of whom works alongside him at 101 Mobility as a Mobility Specialist. He has recently become a grandfather to a wonderful little boy.

Blair’s strongest characteristic is his ability to build great relationships. His thirty + years in the media industry enabled him to hone his skills with clients, to be a great listener, to ask the right questions, pay attention to a person’s needs, and remember things that are important to customers. Blair is a true people person, a great storyteller, and a genuinely caring individual. Having experienced the healthcare system and Aging In Place options with his own parents, he is keenly aware of some of the challenges seniors are facing today.

Blair enjoys music, reading, travel, food, and most sports, and has a passion for the game of golf. When he isn’t on the links, he can be found walking his “best friend” Parker around his neighborhood.

Pearse has had a natural propensity for building since he was a boy. Electronics, machinery, computers, you name it and he can assemble and/or repair it. Pearse can construct items in perfect working order in the time it takes most people to get instructions out of a box. He has been described by former employers as dedicated, strong, and a tireless worker and by clients as polite and thorough.

He is very excited to be working alongside his father and the dynamic team at 101 Mobility where he is able to put his considerable skills to work.
