The first Golden recliner was so comfortable we got the second one and placed in the bedroom in which I now sleep every night. I love it and sleep at least as well as my bed. 101 Mobility was great. Very professional. We handled everything over the phone and it was a pleasant experience. Their delivery was also excellent. In order to get it the bedroom they had to try several techniques. It was more expensive that I expected, but still cheaper than a new lift. However, on the latest service call, the repairman seemed to be unexperienced, and my user of the lift was not happy with the outcome: the chair handles seemed loose. We had to schedule a follow up call, which was difficult due to me being in Australia and scheduling calls in USA. Even thought 101 Mobility took my brother and mothers number (both in USA), they still called me in the middle of the night in Australia to confirm that they were coming, which of course I missed. Luckily my parents were home and the appointment happened. When I followed up with the repairmen (the left a message on that missed call), he stated that my number was the only contact. So there is miscommunication between the people taking appointments and the repair staff.”

He did not want to give me any of the parts that came with the ramp. I asked him for the parts and he told me that they did not go with the ramp, I insisted that he give me what was included in the box which was the warrantee card and some bolts. When asked about securing it to the ground and he told me that wasn't his job. He was very disrespectful to the equipment throwing a circular saw in the back of his truck. He seemed to be irritated that he even had to come out to do the job. Haley was wonderful but the installer was not professional at all. If he has issues with his equipment you can bet he did it himself as he has no respect for it from what I saw.”
