You were responsive and timely when other services were not. Your individual at the front desk when the second mile for us when we needed someone fast. They solved a problem that has been plaguing us for over a year – and had been looked at by others and dismissed. To sum it up: They made promises that they could keep and they kept the promises they made.

So far the Bruno stairlift has been great. My mother really loves it.
