“FIRST I WANT TO THANK YOU ALL FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE FOR MY DAUGHTER. SHE HAS BEEN HERE AT AMC FOR 5 YEARS NOW AND SHE HAS BEEN LOVED AND CARED FOR THIS WHOLE TIME. “Heads up: long, detailed review First and foremost, I’d like to start by saying that this place is genuinely amazing and that’s the VERY least I could say about this place. The director Ms.Missy is nothing but patient, kind, compassionate, and understanding. This lady is always willing to work with you, always willing to spark up a conversation with you and listen to you and whatever you have going on in your life. She is far from… judgmental. It’s 8am and she’s helping me come up with recipes about pork loin. She is accommodating and she cares deeply about the facility and the children that attend. She’s very selective of the staff she chooses to hire and goes through great lengths to make sure she picks people who will teach and protect your children. She’s the person I trust most with my children if something were to ever happen to me. My sons teacher Ms. Katelyn S. is the most patient and kind person ever! She has such a colorful and beautiful personality but somehow very calm and understanding. She takes every child’s personality as they come and she works with them. I have never once seen her in a bad mood or unwilling to deal with with my son’s different emotions he goes through everyday. She is the person you want being around your children while you’re away. My daughters Teacher Ms. Madison K. All my of my thoughts and emotions about Madison won’t fit in one review. My daughter loves her and she adores every child that she comes across. My daughter went through a difficult time recently and my daughter was able to confide in Madison and think of her as a safe person to talk to about difficult and good things. I told Madison 1 time that I was trying to test my daughter to see if she’d do well with attending kindergarten early and that was all I had to do. Madison took that information and ran with it completely! She gives my daughter work sheetz that emphasize what they teach in kindergarten and she sees that my daughter likes challenges and likes keeping her mind busy and she doesn’t ignore that, she goes more than the extra mile to help my daughter. She is nothing short of amazing and nurturing. Other teachers I’d like to recognize in this review are dakota and Carla. My daughter is not where she’s at today without their help. Every child loves Dakota and gravitates towards her. She’s loving and fun. Carla is such a good parental figure for children. She’s understanding and patient and gives feedback when needed. Carla is the 2nd mom your child needs when they’re at this facility. I could never see myself taking my children anywhere else. “We have had the most wonderful experience at Suburban Hills School so far. My daughter BEGS to go everyday and she is always in the best mood when we pick her up. Her teacher is amazing and you can tell she truly knows each and every kid & their needs and meets them where they’re at! The directors are so warm and welcoming. “The Growing Years is absolutely amazing! The entire center is always so clean and well-kept. The teachers are incredible! They truly care for the kids and you can feel the love and patience they bring every day. Shaundra, the assistant director, is outstanding! She has such positive energy, is super welcoming, and always makes sure families feel supported. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. “The school is great. All of the teachers in the staff make the little ones feel comfortable and safe, and they communicate effectively with the parents. Dale and Cassie, who run the school are always present walking around and checking on classrooms. Highly recommend Suburbanites Hills to anyone looking for a safe, fun and engaging experience for their little ones.”

Our experience has been wonderful – the staff is exceedingly kind, the classrooms are always clean and decorated for every occasion, and there are so many fun events for the students and their families. I have two very different kids, and both have thrived at SHS because their teachers met them where they were and set them up for success. We are very grateful!”

“Suburban Hills School has been an incredible experience for our family. From day one, every staff member has gone above and beyond to make both students and parents feel welcome & supported. You can tell that Dale & Cassie genuinely care about the students & their families as they are both always willing to go above & beyond to answer questions or offer help. Not to forget mentioning, but Dale & Cassie know each student by name, which is truly… unbelievable to me! As a working parent, I really appreciate the extended hours. They’ve made our daily routine so much easier, and it’s clear the school put a lot of thought into offering a schedule that supports families. The classrooms are always clean, organized, and well maintained, creating an environment where children can focus while also having fun. My son has been attending Suburban Hills for two school years now, and the difference it has made in him is amazing. He has learned so much already and as a parents I feel that he is already beyond his years academically. His confidence has grown, he’s excited about learning, and he comes home eager to share everything he has done for the day. I’m incredibly grateful for the Suburban Hills team. “My son started here in August and my family has had a wonderful experience. The school puts the kids first (and this is evident by the art on the walls, a wonderful selection of outdoor toys, etc). We are routinely invited to bring snacks for holidays and birthdays and attend events like the Halloween parade. I feel very involved and connected to my son’s teachers and he has grown incredibly (speech and personality-wise) during his time here!… The staff is deeply caring and attentive. The moment you walk into the building you can feel the passion there. Dale, who has run the school for 30 years, is truly an expert in childhood education. Her level of experience is hard to find! “We recently moved to Chester and enrolled our 3 year old daughter in the Fall. From the initial tour, we felt right at home and noticed our daughter felt equally excited and comfortable. She had some struggles in her previous daycare, but since going to Suburban, has really thrived. She is eager to go to school every day, loves her teacher (shout out to Ms. Kylie!), and has made a ton of friends. It is an extremely nurturing environment, where… all the staff, including the director, make it a point to get to know the children. We have also been pleasantly surprised to see our daughter recognizes and engages with other children that are not in her class when we visit the neighborhood park. “Choosing Suburban Hills has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our daughter. I’ll be honest — the first few days were tough. There were lots of tears and a lot of nerves (mostly mine!), but within just two weeks the entire staff made her feel completely at home. Their patience, kindness, and genuine care helped her adjust so quickly that she now waves goodbye to me with a smile when I drop her off. What truly stands out is how… much she’s learning and growing every day. She comes home excited to show us new songs, signs, and skills, and it’s clear the teachers put so much thought into their activities. Her language has expanded, her social skills have blossomed, and she’s becoming more confident and curious by the day. The environment is warm, welcoming, and incredibly supportive — it has truly become one of her favorite places to be.
