Meet Our Team

Eldon is a graduate of Laurentian University and University of London. He has experience as an accountant and strategic business leader. After he and his wife struggled to find disability resources for her aging mother, Eldon decided to open 101 Mobility of York. He hopes to deliver much-needed disability and aging resources to people across the area.

Eldon is driven by his passion and love for people. As a business owner, he is never satisfied until the customer is happy. He especially enjoys helping customers find mobility solutions that break down barriers.

When he is not working, Eldon serves on various volunteer groups and town committees. He also enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.

Ayman joined 101 Mobility in May 2022 as the Mobility Consultant and Customer Care Manager, bringing to the role a wealth of experience in Medical Devices and Pharmaceutical Consultation and Sales. Ayman has a university degree in Biology along with graduate certificates in ‘Applied Toxicology’ and ‘Essentials of Marketing and Management’.

Ayman’s passion throughout his career has been being part of health care teams working towards improving the health of individuals and enhancing their well-being. In working with the 101 Mobility team, he is driven to carry forward with his passion and positively impact individuals with mobility needs in a compassionate and caring manner.

When not working, Ayman’s heart lies with his family – he is energized in spending time with his young children and hopes to pave the path to a great future for them.

Alijah is our Mobility Specialist. He has his academic training in Electromechanical Engineering and started his career in the industrial setting with a fascination for assembling automated devices. machinery.

With his defining competences in mechanical designs and robotic programming and with hands-on expertise in complex work environments, Alijah set his eyes on greater challenges and joined 101 Mobility-York which presents a range of diverse projects that draws on his technical proficiencies. He has a compassionate spirit and is happy in a role that has an immediate human connection. For Alijah, helping others with their mobility needs is its own rewards but being able to collaborate with other Mobility experts and deliver solutions for clients is the dream career of this technical professional.

Alijah is factory trained and certified on all our major equipment. When he is not out installing, he is back at the shop readying for the next job or catching up on the technical service news bulletin on new products. He is a graduate of Humber College advance studies program.
