The tech came exactly at the time we arranged and performed all the tests. It was a faulty battery and that was the ONLY thing that was replaced. He did a thorough check of all mechanical and electrical parts, greased the belt and cleaned the connectors - also re-attached one of the safety kick plates that kills the motor when it reaches the end of the lift. There was no up-selling at all. They suggested an annual service (appropriate) if we wanted. Excellent service. I highly recommend 101. Also, I tried getting HME to come over to resolve the problem, but after a few weeks of " we'll get back to you" and "please call back" I called 101. Should have called them FIRST!”

Our father is a big heavyset man and it takes more than one person to lift him when he has fallen. We are hoping that this product will do the trick and we won't have to call 911 or Emergency services. We went for Raizer M (manual) rather than Raizer II due to cost. They maybe need to look at making something more affordable. Even the manual is quite steep.”
