“After extensive research, I chose the FlexStep product as the best solution for improving my accessibility for my garage stairs. Traditional ramps and lifts require a significant amount of space, which would have meant sacrificing a parking spot in my two-car garage. FlexStep offered a compact and elegant alternative. My experience with 101 Mobility began with a home visit from Jim, who came to confirm measurements and discuss installation… options. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the quoting process smooth and informative. Once the unit arrived, the installation went seamlessly. The training provided was clear and easy to follow, and I was very satisfied with the product. About a week later, the unit stopped rising. 101 Mobility responded promptly—the technician arrived the same afternoon. The issue turned out to be a refrigerator cord that had shifted underneath the unit, triggering the safety sensor. It was quickly resolved by securing the cord, and the unit has worked perfectly since. Overall, I’m very pleased with both the product and the excellent service provided by 101 Mobility. “My wife and are seniors and we decided many years ago that a stairfift was a good idea to extend our enjoyment and use of our home that we have lived-in for 35 years. We live in an house that is essentially one-level located on a hillside. Our garage is on a lower level, and we have a straight 17-step stairwell leading from the garage to our family room running behind an entertainment center. After an exhaustive research and the strong… recommendation from a friend and satisfied customer, we decided to go with the Bruno 300-pound Elite Straight Rail stairlift. After contacting Bruno online we were referred to 101Mobility of San Diego located in Carlsbad. Mike Nemish responded to our request for a quote with a visit to scope out our request, share his insights, make measurements , etc. I found Mike to be a straight-shooter. He developed a trustwith us from the start. By the next business day, he emailed a proposal that we considered to be most reasonable and timely. There was no presuure or embelishments in the quotation process. We were attracted by the top-of-the-line reputation for quality and value of system manufacturer Bruno, my friend’s recommendation and the local service and installation resources presented by 101 Mobility. Without any delay, Mike and Customer Service Manager Cammelle Fortes scheduled the installation time within two weeks of presenting the quote. Installation technicians Greg and Mickey arrived as promised on May 27 and completed the installation and training that day. Both techicans were professional, cordial, very helpful and understanding and made sure that the installation was neat, tidy and orderly. My wife and I were most impressed by the professionalism exhibited by the entire 101 Mobility team, and we were very pleased to accept the installation with full confidence that Bruno and 101 Mobility were prepared to standby their product, service and reputations. “My infant son has been with TGY Cary since he was 3 months old (now almost 9 months old) and I cannot sing their praises enough. Literally from my very first interaction with Mrs Jessica and Mrs Analy (Director & Co-Director, respectively) I immediately felt at ease. It’s hard as a first time parent to leave your 3 month old for the first time in order to return to work; however, I made the best decision for him when I enrolled him the very… same day at TGY. The center feels like family, which they’ve absolutely become over the last few months. His teacher, Mrs Davia (and truly all of the teachers I’ve encountered) are so kind, warm, attentive, and nurturing. I just love them! I never have to worry about his care when he’s there, and it really puts my mind at peace and allows me to mentally relax. Their hours of operation are very accommodating, the center is extremely clean, safe, tons of cute decor & artwork. The teachers actively work towards reaching milestones with all of the children. The center is very active on FB and I look forward to when my son is old enough to participate in all of their activities which range from gardening, cooking, water play, etc. I receive tons of pictures/videos and updates throughout the day via their app & they also have live video surveillance.
