“I can honestly say that working with 101 Mobility has been a such a pleasure! They took such great care of every detail to install a stair lift for my 88 yo mother. They communicated with me regarding all details from sales with SuZanne to Thomas our installer to make sure everything was covered. We toured several daycare/schools in the area and we are glad we chose Grand Ave. We started our son at age 3 and had we known about Grand Ave we probably would have started him sooner. She even arranged for mean to contact five customers in which I called three and got very positive ratings. She also arranged for me to see a stalled unit near where I live and take a Test drive. Installation was timely and Josh did a fantastic job and was very courteous. “We have been using 101 Mobility of San Mateo for five years. We started with renting a ramp and stair chairlift but then changed to purchasing both since our need was obviously going to be long termed. Our son had a stroke five years ago and is still working on recovering. Fouad, Shereen, Snigdha and Raul are all very sincere in their caring about you as a customer. When our chairlift stopped working one evening, Fouad came out immediately to… make a repair. He was at a meeting and left to help us. He did not want our son to be isolated upstairs in case of an emergency. We feel they treat us as family. Their hearts are in their business and it is very obvious and appreciated. “Jonathan came to service. My Stair Chair and I could not be happier with his smart detection of a couple minor problems that were fixed in a jiffy. Personable and knowledgeable. He did a complete check up and made everything run like new. It wasn’t broken, but it just needed a tuneup. It’s always wise to do this every year!!”

“I was skeptical that my auto slide pet door could be repaired. The gentleman worked very hard to figure it out and in the end was successful. I have nothing but good things to say about him. I was afraid I was going to have to replace it, but he repaired it. I was very impressed and grateful.”

“The Learning Grove Academy was a fantastic place for my daughters to go this past summer. From the very beginning, Danielle, the director, was responsive and kind, which set the tone for how welcoming the whole academy felt. My daughters’ teachers were truly outstanding. Ms. Zoha, my youngest’s teacher, was one of the best caregivers I’ve ever met—you could tell she does this work because she loves it. My oldest’s teacher, Ms. Shay,… was amazing at creating fun, engaging activities and adapting them to meet my daughter’s very special interests. Their warmth and creativity made all the difference. The activities were thoughtful and exciting—everything from Mystery Day (where they took fingerprints) to making homemade ice cream with dry ice and rock salt, and even building hot air balloons. They also had great guest experiences, like a rock concert in their gym, a mermaid dance show, and a solar system light tent. On those days, if we came to pick the girls up early, they didn’t even want to leave! My youngest often came home singing the lovely songs she learned, especially the “good morning” song, which became her favorite. I also appreciated the lunches—they offered healthier, more nutritious options than most daycares, and my kids ate better there than they usually do at home. The staff made sure the kids had plenty of time outdoors with water days and other fun activities. Overall, everyone was very responsive to our needs, and we felt genuinely cared for.
