Our intention was to have them perform "routine maintenance," and include checking our perceived minor issues of a "click" that Mary heard during descent about 1 foot down from top and some slight "whining" on going up. They checked the operation of the lift up and down several times, stated no unusual nor concerning sounds, no click, no whining. Stated all lift appeared clean. Stated some corrosion on battery terminals, suggesting replace 2 batteries Fall 2019. They stated that what they checked, what they performed, was appropriate/adequate to count as routine maintenance as well as checking our complained minor concerns. So, initially, we may have had some misunderstanding as to purpose of visit. After all was said and done, they seemed to accomplish all that we needed/wanted. Thank you.”

If it wasn't for BLAIR, who, himself is a "10" in experience, we would not have been happy with the overall completion of the chairlift. Armando was very kind and respectful but I do not feel he kept me completely informed of issues. Was left not knowing when anyone was coming back to complete the work. Need not receive text messages, he said were sent. When a project is started, you should complete the project with a few days. Our handrail was removed and my husband could not go up and down the stairs safely for at least 2 weeks. This was very frustrating. The first guys who started the install, drilled holes in our hardwood flooring which Blair came back and had to move the track and drill new holes. Blair was so kind and did a great job of patching the previous holes. Better communication and completing a job once started with a few days, would help in the future. I know it was a little difficult with us not being available, that is why I rated the overall a 7. I hope maintenance and service, if needed will be a problem. Thank you”

I intend to contact manufacturer to ascertain if modification to seat operation would be possible to swing outward. If I had it to do over, I would have contact other companies to ascertain if installation could be accomplished to my satisfaction. The owner(s) of 101 Mobility are welcome to come out to my home and see for themselves how inconvenient the chair lift is. I do not anticipated them doing so.”

The address you gave for the shipment did not include my condo number so it did not get delivered to me. The woman who received it was kind enough to call me. Since the shipping slip had my phone number on it. I then had to go hooch up my part from her. She said the company on the shipping slip was less than helpful in helping her find me. I'm very grateful to this woman. The part was not the same as what had originally been lost and it included a mob but no nut to secure the bolt in place. It would have been cheaper to go to Home Depot and I think they would have been more helpful.”
