“We love CCA! My kids have been in more than 3 daycares since we moved often during their early childhood. After moving to Clemson and being on waitlists, CCA had a spot and my son is thriving. They are very communicative and do SO many extra activities for the children’s enrichment like bringing in outside activities, water days, and cooking classes. “Issues with our chairlift required two visits to complete because parts were required which had to be ordered from the manufacturer. However, once the parts ere acquired, total service time for both visits, were less than two hours. The Service Technician was able to pinpoint both problems within 20 minutes of the first visit, resolve one of the issues during the initial visit, and complete full replacement of all wheels within an hour on the… second visit. “We needed a wheelchair platform lift for our garage. Contacted 3 places. 2 National firms and 101 Mobility operating from St Albert. All 3 came out and told us our landing would need to be replaced as it was too small for a wheelchair. 2 of the 3 told us to have the landing brought up to wheelchair requirements then call back when done. They gave us a quote for just the lift and said call when the landing is redone. If it meets all the… requirements we will install the lift. Hmm…. what are all the requirements? One dealer told us what was needed, the other told us nothing. Arias and Angel from 101 Mobility came out, told us all the same things as the other two national companies in terms of the product (all 3 install the same lift). Arias and Angel said the landing was too small and we also replace landings. They talked to us about the building requirements on a landing for a platform lift. We discussed options, requirements, they took measurements and got back with a quote for the entire project. They are a one stop shop! FYI. All three companies were the same price for the basic lift installed. 101 made it easy. After they reviewed the warranty paper work, how to use the lift, the safety functions and gave us the warranty and owners manual. They will be back in 6 months to inspect the moving components and insure in good order. This is a family company doing it all themselves. They are personable, with have a financial vested interest in doing an excellent job. This company deserves to be one of the company’s you call for quotes.”Read MoreRead Less

“Have been a resident for years. Every since the Crossroads management team took over things have improved amazingly. Community events and everything is run much more efficiently. Have not felt air conditioning was a big priority. On my app I posted a maintenance request to have it looked at. In less than a week (on the hottest day of the year) I now have air conditioning! “I needed a ramp for my 90 year old father in law. I called 101 Mobility for a quote. 101 Mobility answered as many questions as they could over the phone and then scheduled me for a professional to come out to the house. 101 Mobility confirmed the appointment and showed up on time. No logistical errors. The owner of the company evaluated the height of the steps and length of the ramp. ADA compliant. All of our questions and concerns were… answered right then and there. No run around. Within 4 days, the installers were installing the ramp. The installers were super nice and very professional. The ramp was installed within a few hours.
