Very good communication and updates. Very knowlegeable and helpful navigating all of the choices with mobility issues

The response was immediate even on a holiday and the staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The chair was installed the very next day. Thank you for giving my sister freedom.

The customer service was outstanding and the chair lift has worked out beautifully. We couldn’t be happier, and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a caring company dedicated to its customer’s needs.

Salesman was prompt and professional. The installers were patient when the rail had to be uninstalled and then reinstalled on the other side of the staircase.

Product provides an aesthetic pleasing lift with a reasonable footprint for our home. Workers were knowledgeable and friendly.

The inclination is perfect for my needs and stairs. The technicians that came out to take care of my 3 yr old chair were very courteous, helpful and not just trying to sell anything except that which was needed.

Products and service is above and beyond. Had an issue with my stair lift and Gary was here within the hour. That is what I call exceptional service provided by 101 Mobility. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you

Everyone we worked with was very friendly and thoroughly explained our options. Cindy and Gary were great during the quoting process. Sergio was our installer and did a great job. We also were incredibly happy with how quickly the whole solution was in place.

From the in-home consultation to the installation and turnover of the stair lift, the 101Mobility team was very professional and easy to work with. Sergio, the installer, was excellent and made sure we understood the operation and features of the lift. I would highly recommend 101Mobility.

Very friendly and professional. They took the time to really consider our situation and come up with a plan. We were very pleased with the installation and the care they took.

Frequently Asked Questions

We provide a variety of ramps, including threshold ramps, portable ramps, and aluminum modular ramps. We offer residential and commercial ramp solutions. Our experts can help you determine the best ramp based on the height of the steps, the mobility device you use, and your personal preferences.

Some of our ramps are designed to be portable and can be easily moved or adjusted as needed.

Measure the distance from the top step/landing to the ground (RISE). ADA recommendation is to have a 1:12 slope. This is a foot of ramp for every inch of rise. For example, if you need a ramp to the porch and it is 24” from the ground, you will need a ramp approximately 24’.

Residential ramps are 36” wide and have two-line handrails. Commercial ramps are 48” wide and have handrails with vertical pickets. Commercial ramps must be used in public buildings.
