Meet Our Team

Tom Riedl, owner of 101 Mobility of Omaha, grew up in Dubuque, Iowa and is the youngest of six kids. He and his wife, Donna, moved to Omaha in 1994 and raised their three kids here. Yes – after 20+ years in Nebraska, they have all converted to Huskers fans – Go Big Red!

Tom’s prior experience has been in transportation and the investment / insurance industries as an Operations Manager. He received his MBA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Tom’s wife, Donna, has been in the elder care field for over ten years. When he decided to become a business owner, 101 Mobility was the perfect fit for him. Tom enjoys the opportunities that come up every day, helping you solve your mobility and accessibility challenges.
In his spare time, Tom enjoys working on projects around the house, boating, fishing and spending time with Donna, his kids, and grandchildren.

Donna has spent most of her career in Ministry and Senior Living. She has a vast understanding of the challenges that people face in life and is compassionate in helping people navigate through life changes.

Donna was born in Dubuque, Iowa and has five sisters and one brother. She met her husband Tom in high school and they have been married 37 years. They have three adult children and four beautiful grand-children. Donna and her family moved to Omaha in 1994. 

Donna's years of service to others in both her Ministry and Senior Living roles has given her great insight into finding the right solution that works for everyone involved. 

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and relaxing with her dog Tucker on their pontoon boat.

Janiece Hegwald is the Customer Care Manager at 101 Mobility of Omaha, and will likely be your first point of contact when you contact us. Janiece has an extensive background in customer care and finding great solutions to life’s challenges.

Janiece brings her compassionate spirit as she listens to your situation and offers mobility solutions specific to your needs. Offering you the opportunity to safely stay in your own home is her goal.
Family is very important to Janiece. She is very proud of the four children she raised in a small town in Kansas. After marrying her wonderful husband, Jack, she and her kids relocated to Omaha. When not at work, Janiece enjoys golfing and spending time with her grandchildren.

Zach has a background in mechanics and has the perfect personality to be a 101 Mobility team member. With a get the job done and do it right the first-time attitude, Zach is impressing 101 Mobility customers with his trouble shooting skills.

Zach is engaged to his beautiful fiancé Bayle, with plans to marry in April, 2024.  Zach and Bayle are animal lovers with two cats (Ziggy and Snug) and their dog Max. Zach also enjoys camping while relaxing after a hard week's work. 

Meet Tucker, the 101 Mobility Team Mascot and all around guest greeter. Tucker likes to say hi to all our guests and make sure they feel welcomed. Tucker spends a lot of his time in his bed in the showroom. Tucker will happily go in an office if a guest doesn't like furry team members. 

Tucker enjoys playing chase, napping, and going for walks (his favorite pastime) and being captain of the pontoon boat.

Tucker's canine mom was rescued by Little White Dog and was expecting a litter. Tucker was adopted by the Riedl's in March 2020. Please consider a wonderful rescue pet when considering your pet options.
