“I put in a request for 3 replacement slats for my blinds, one in the living room, two for the bedroom. The maintenance man was very polite and friendly. He arrived not too long after I put my request in, replaced the slates quickly and was gone. I wish I had asked his name, he was great!”

“I wanted to take a moment to give some positive feedback regarding a specific incident. Yesterday I had a seemingly unavoidable plumbing issue in my apartment. I called the emergency maintenance line and was very impressed with how quickly and effectively maintenance came and fixed my issue. I thought it was going to be a much longer issues with a longer resolution time, however I was grateful for how swiftly they took action. London Square has… had a lot of different managers since I’ve been here, However, the current management seems to be doing a very good job at escalating maintenance service requests. Additionally, I wanted to give some positive feedback regarding Ebony. I’ve had positive experiences with her at other apartment complexes and was happy to see that she brought her experience and expertise to London Square. She’s always incredibly helpful and incredibly empathetic to residents. When she is at the office, I know my issues and concerns will be addressed. “Sending your baby to daycare is not an easy choice for a lot of parents, however, if I must live in this capitalist hellscape that requires dual incomes, I couldn’t imagine a better place for my sweet little guy to spend his day! The moment I walked in, I had warm fuzzies- the facility is gorgeous and impeccably clean and the director, Stephanie, completely put my mind at ease. I love that I get updates on my guy through the day, and if… anything outside the norm occurs, they personally call/text me. The staff is where YE truly shines though- everyone is so warm, kind, and just lovely! My son immediately smiles and reaches out to his caregivers at morning drop off. I think that speaks volumes. Every time I have had a question or concern, Stephanie, Natalie, and the classroom teachers have responded immediately and worked with me as a team on a solution.
