From customer service to finding a workable stairlift rental solution, to account setup to installation, this company outperformed a a very negative competitor in a myriad of ways. Sales Manager, installers Eric and Derek went out of their way to help me solve my lack of ambulation in my home. Holly quickly set up my account and even processed a payment update. My home has a full 1,200′ basement which I… could not access to do laundry, turn my water on/off, access my electrical service box, or furnace due to my inability to use stairs. Eric completed the install on 01/06/2026, kept me advised of his progress, showed me how to use the stairlift all in a kind and compassionate and professional manner. I felt the staff clearly understood what I needed and greatly extended my expectations. I highy recommend this company to anyone wanting to stay in their own home, maintain independence, and do so affordably. The other company was rude, the salesman gave me a ‘sales pitch’ and then could not remember me, did not follow up, did not have a rental option and very overpriced stairlifts.
