“I highly recommend 101 Mobility! I needed a solution on how to navigate my 3-story townhouse with a broken ankle and they came to the rescue! Everyone was so kind and helpful. The measuring and installation of my rental stair lifts was quick and thorough and they were also able to install grab bars in my shower. I honestly wouldn’t be home without 101 Mobility!”

I found this apartment while I was desperately searching for a new home — I toured more than 20 places in Royal Oak, Ferndale, Troy, Berkley, and Madison Heights. Among all the leasing agents I met, no one showed as much passion, patience, and professionalism as Angelica did. Most people gave me vague or exaggerated explanations, or seemed tired of my questions. I had quite a… few requirements and tend to be careful when choosing a home. Even after Angelica showed me two great options, I wanted to see more. She gladly helped me look for other apartments that matched my needs, without a single hint of annoyance. Thanks to her, I found a clean, bright, and warm apartment that truly feels like home. Although my workplace is in Detroit (about 30 minutes away by highway), I have no regrets choosing this place. The apartment is well-maintained — the lawn, trash areas, hallways, and fitness center are all kept spotless, and the maintenance team is reliable and responsive. I once had a water leak issue, but they fixed it quickly and thoroughly. You can walk to Somerset Mall, and the area feels very safe and comfortable. “Mr. Ray Sharp came all the way from Sacramento to diagnose and repair my lift chair, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his service. I desperately needed my lift chair to start working so that I can bring my elderly mother from upstairs to downstairs. Ray arrived right on time within the scheduled window, was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Ray took the time to explain everything clearly and even shared helpful tips on… how to maintain the lift chair’s energy and longevity in the most affordable way. He patiently answered all my questions — not just about the chair, but even a few general handyman concerns I had. What really stood out was his honesty and efficiency. He did exactly what was needed, without exaggerating or inventing unnecessary problems — something rare to find these days. He gets so excited to go every morning—and there are days he doesn’t even want to leave when it’s time to go home. The teachers and staff are amazing and truly go above and beyond for the kids. Our son sometimes has a hard time focusing, and everyone at Willows has been so kind, patient, and creative in finding ways to help him… succeed. I can’t say enough about how much it means to know he’s not only cared for, but genuinely loved there. All of the teachers and staff are wonderful, but Ms. Tomasita has been especially incredible. She’s taken the time to really get to know our son and make sure both his learning and emotional needs are met. She’s also gone out of her way to make sure our whole family feels supported and included. We feel so lucky to have found Willows and can’t imagine a better place for our son.
