“One evening after the 101 Mobility office had closed for the day, my chairlift which had been installed by their company, failed. I had the personal number for the technician, Tilen Casey, who had previously worked on it. He answered my call, and came out on a cold, rainy evening, got the chairlift working. He was very kind and encouraging and was willing to help. We appreciate his kind attitude and willingness to help.”

“We have our one 3 year old daughter enrolled at Westport Montessori and she has been there since she was 10 months old. We absolutely love this place and feel so lucky to have her attending. The teachers are loving, supportive, and use true Montessori practices. The director, Ms. Christina, is overly dedicated to ensuring the kids feel loved and cared for as if they were her own. 10/10, would recommend!”

“I wish I could give 101 Mobility 10 stars. From the very first phone call with Virginia to the final installation with Eli, this company has gone above and beyond. I needed a chair lift installed on very short notice and Virginia was able to squeeze in a home evaluation the next day. Rodney was right on time, measured everything and took photos. He gave me and estimate on the spot with no upsell pressure, just what I asked for. Virginia (or… Terry) was able to schedule my installation just in time for my wife’s homecoming so she could access the upstairs. Eli arrived right on time and was very professional every step. When he was short a component he called his wife to meet him with the part so he could complete the installation on time. Amazing to see how important it was for this team to do the job right and on time. Overall I’m thrilled with the company and their products.
