Sales Manager, installers Eric and Derek went out of their way to help me solve my lack of ambulation in my home. Holly quickly set up my account and even processed a payment update. My home has a full 1,200′ basement which I… could not access to do laundry, turn my water on/off, access my electrical service box, or furnace due to my inability to use stairs. Eric completed the install on 01/06/2026, kept me advised of his progress, showed me how to use the stairlift all in a kind and compassionate and professional manner.
