Ramp length is based on slope requirements to ensure safety and ease of use. Shorter ramps may create unsafe inclines, which is why ADA‑aligned standards typically require 1 foot of ramp for every inch of rise.

We stock a large variety of common products. Depending on availability and customization installations can vary. Most residential installations take a few hours, and in many locations, we offer quick‑turnaround scheduling within days. As soon as we have a signed approval, we can go ahead and schedule the job. If it is a custom item, we can schedule once we are notified that the product has shipped.

We always try to do what is necessary while focusing keeping the cost low. The Mobility Consultant will assess any additional needs during the free in-home consultation. A stairlift does not require additional voltage.
