“I want to tell you that working with Chris was a pure pleasure! She listened and with me sending her pictures of my stairs was able to give me a price over the phone! I wanted to replace my carpet on the stairs before the lift was installed and after the carpet was done she was able to schedule the installation within days! Aaron and Casey came out and were awesome. Very respectful of our home and let me know exactly what the steps were and how… long it would take. Chris also let me know that with a Doctors RX they would be able to remove the tax on the lift. I also got a reduction by paying cash! The stair lift was God sent! All our bedrooms and full baths are upstairs so when my husband fell twice in 6 days we were sleeping on a pull out sofa downstairs. We were so excited the day the stair lift was put in knowing that we would once again be sleeping in our own bed. 101 Mobility was recommended to me by the Harris County department of aging. They told me they use them also. We purchased a Bruno and it is wonderful. Safety belt and low foot rest allows for secure safety. My husband also has Lewy Body dementia so at the end of the day I am so worn out that I use it too! You can’t go wrong with 101 Mobility they treat you like family!
