My first encounter was with their salesman, Mike, who was very knowledgeable with several options and he readily assessed that a Bruno would be best for our situation since we have a long and narrow stairway and this lift occupied minimal space and was very easy to operate. He was friendly, professional, and accommodating and presented his product without a “hard… sell.” He provided an estimate on that same day and also investigated an additional optional automatic door opener for future consideration. Cammelle was very prompt with following up to schedule the installation and provide appointment reminders. We were also able to visit their showroom to try out the recommended model before moving forward. Installers, Scott and Greg, called when they were close to arriving and pulled up exactly at the appointed time. Before beginning, they explained the installation process in detail and were adept at adapting the rail to our long staircase. They were very friendly and professional and patiently took the time to demonstrate all the features of the lift and made sure that I could operate it with ease. If servicing should be needed at any time it will be provided by the 101 Mobility crew and not subcontractors. If you are considering a stairlift, look no further than this company. Most companies did not care about service and cost yet this franchise operator scoured their inventory and contacts to find an outdoor unit and 5 more inside. They asked if returns or rentals were ok .. we said yes as long as it was clean and functional. It saved us over half with install. We did not have enough money to buy new. We were never bullied… or pressured to make a decision. They were fair and honest to us. They are a couple who own this business and their staff is excellent. They come to fix or trouble shoot no questions asked. They don’t charge us for visits … who does this now a days. I feel like I can call them anytime for anything.
