“I had to purchase stair assist and it was very expensive as I got quotes from the city. Most companies did not care about service and cost yet this franchise operator scoured their inventory and contacts to find an outdoor unit and 5 more inside. They asked if returns or rentals were ok .. we said yes as long as it was clean and functional. It saved us over half with install. We did not have enough money to buy new. We were never bullied… or pressured to make a decision. They were fair and honest to us. They are a couple who own this business and their staff is excellent. They come to fix or trouble shoot no questions asked. They don’t charge us for visits … who does this now a days. I feel like I can call them anytime for anything.
