I did my research and decided to go with this company. They sent a representative to my home who evaluated the situation and came up with a custom ramp and stairs to fit my needs. “101 Mobility was a fantastic company to work with! Jackie (spelling) at the retail location was very helpful in talking with me to determine what I needed. She explained how to get an estimate and the exact products I needed with an estimated cost. I took the pictures once I got home (I live in Baker City, Oregon) I took the pictures and sent in measurements and within a day or two I got a call from Ray, who talked me through the products,… answered my questions and we determined the ramp and mat size. There was never a push to over sell me. The day came and Darryl, the installer, drives up with the product told me the plan, explained clearly about the products I purchased. He was so nice and accomadating and patient. We thoroughly enjoyed him. He was thorough and like Jacki and Ray explained the products. I got a follow up phone call this morning to make sure We were/are happy with the product and experience. Don’t remember her name as I was distracted when I answered the phone. She was also very pleasant and understanding. This was a seamless, pleasant process. My husband had a stroke and there are so many things to think about and do when that happens. “The FlexStep lift/stairs is an amazingly useful and elegant piece of engineering. It lets you keep your stairs, and at the push of a button, have a lift for a wheelchair! 101 Mobility was prompt in sourcing the unit (they are made in Denmark), and quick to install it. They were also super quick to address a minor service problem with the lift. 9 out of 10 for sure.”
