“101 Mobility has been really great. I have multiple sclerosis and they installed my chair about four years ago. They were wonderful then and this time after four years my battery ran out. They came right away and fix the battery and realigned everything while they were here not that there were anyproblems. Both the customer service on the phone and the people that came to my house were very kind, knowledgeable, and very empathetic to my needs of… getting the chair fixed quickly. “101 Mobility is such a great company! I truly mean that. They installed my stair lift about 3 to 4 years ago. They came right away to switch the battery. They really prioritized my disability and the need for the chair. Both the telephone customer service and the person that came to my house. We’re both super nice, respectful and fixed the problem very quickly. It wasn’t really even a problem. I just needed a new battery after four years.
