“I can’t say enough good things about this place. We were very particular when searching for the best place to send our baby and the staff here are amazing – highly recommend! You get lots of updates throughout the day – photos, videos, messages if they’re having a hard day, etc. HUGE shout out to Miss Sarah, Miss Justine and Miss Maikeeah – our boy absolutely adores you guys! ❤️”

“Our technician was Alex Jackson. Mr. Jackson was neat and efficient and explained well what he was doing. He listened to questions we had about the way the wires ran, etc. He explained well how to use the chair, sensing our challenged 46 year old son needed extra instructions about safety features and several times running through the procedures when our son was in the chair. “As a t9 para, I require a wheelchair full time and rely on a chair lift to get to the second floor of my house. Had an issue with the lift and Dom R. had his crew out first thing in the morning to repair it so I was not stuck and unable to get down the stairs. The team is friendly and knowledgeable and go above and beyond to create the type of professional service we hope to receive in the disabled community. Very grateful indeed.”

“Rusty D. worked on our chairlift for its annual maintenance. He was very professional and very knowledgeable in diagnosing any problems he found. I really appreciated how he communicated with me even before he arrived by giving me a heads up so I can make sure I was at home. He provided me with excellent customer service that I plan on continuing with 101 Mobility when my service contract expires.”
