“We had a stairlift installed at my mother’s house and all went well. About the second week on a Monday, the automatic folding rail wasn’t properly working. I called the Maryland office who got us in contact with someone who could schedule a service call. Luckily, we were able to get a tech out to look/repair on Tuesday.
