“Issues with our chairlift required two visits to complete because parts were required which had to be ordered from the manufacturer. However, once the parts ere acquired, total service time for both visits, were less than two hours. The Service Technician was able to pinpoint both problems within 20 minutes of the first visit, resolve one of the issues during the initial visit, and complete full replacement of all wheels within an hour on the… second visit. The chairlift has been working well since all maintenance and repairs were completed.”

“I was pleased with 101 Mobility’s response when I was turned down for a replacement for my older stair lift chair by coming out and discussing the options available to me. They were very kind in explaining my options and why I did not qualify for a replacement. They were also patient while it took some time to have the carpet replaced on the stairs in the foyer of the condominium units where I live. The new stair lift is wonderful and will be… a great asset to my life when I have knee surgeries this summer. “Purchased a stairlift from 101 Mobility a little over 10 years ago for my husband – best thing I’ve ever purchased, and best company I’ve ever used. They were extremely helpful, professional, and responsive; they even came out and installed it during an ice storm in Dallas. AND the service from them since then has been incredible – always quick and responsive to fix/adjust anything. Each person there cares about making someone else’s… life easier. I have always been amazed at their dedication. My husband passed at the end of 2020, and I’ve kept the stairlift. I’ve recently had an accident and need to use it. After years of disuse, it was a bit sluggish. Called them, and they came right out – tuned it all up and put a new battery in. After all these years, they are still the same dedication and professionalism. And, yes, their prices are competitive. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for any mobility needs!”
