“We had a rocky start, but the experience completely turned around once Rusty came out to install our pool lift. We are very happy with the lift itself—it’s easy to use, straightforward, and exactly what we needed. Rusty installed it in a great location that’s both fully accessible and not too prominent. While he was here, he also took the initiative to figure out how we could safely use the lift for our hot tub as well, which was an… unexpected and much-appreciated bonus. It is what we wanted the entire time! He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful, and he answers questions clearly and confidently right in the moment. He’s excellent at his job, and honestly, with his level of knowledge and experience, he would also make a fantastic salesperson. He made this a great experience for our family! Rodney, the sales assistant who worked with us, also deserves recognition. He spent a great deal of time helping us find a lift that would truly work for our situation and consistently focused on my son’s specific mobility needs rather than pushing a generic solution. Overall, this company has shown genuine respect and care for people with mobility challenges. My daughter is autistic, and while this setting wasn’t the best fit for her, that doesn’t take away from how exceptional this center is. She would likely thrive more in a smaller, more intimate environment. I would recommend A+ over any center in the area without hesitation. When I was in need of… childcare, they genuinely showed up. They tried, and they were willing to continue trying, which means more to me than I can put into words. However, given my daughter’s behavior, I ultimately felt it wasn’t fair to continue putting her under that level of stress, nor was it fair to the other children and staff. For now, I’ll do my best to work from home while caring for her, but I cannot thank them enough for giving it their all. They have patience for children experiencing big emotions and development milestones. I felt at other daycares, the providers were more concerned about documenting kids than caring for them and it’s the opposite at Cole.”
