“As far as I could tell from contacting or more 6 competitive stair assist companies you are the only one I found that could provide the specialized installation for a two flight and then a three flight lift system with multiple stairway turns on a temporary rental basis during the 3 month out of service period of our elevator modernization. This was a necessity to assist tenants with serious mobility issues and avoided the need find another temporary apartment and move out during the upgrade period. It is an expensive short term cost, but much less than if we had to find and pay for equivalent substitute housing for those tenants. While the stair lift travel speed is very slow, it does function well for those two tenants to be able to come and go from the building as necessary during this long out of service elevator period.
