“Dear Barrington Place Management Team, I have been a resident at Barrington Place for couple of years, and during that time I have seen managers and maintenance team members come and go. I wanted to take a moment to share a recent experience that truly stood out. During the latest severe weather, we experienced issues with burst pipes. I called the emergency line around 6 p.m., and within minutes the maintenance supervisor, Marcus, arrived at my… apartment to investigate the problem. He did everything he could to help. I cannot praise the maintenance team enough, and I would especially like to recognize Marcus. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. His work was exceptional, and his calm, proactive approach during a stressful situation made a big difference. I truly hope the management team recognizes and appreciates the outstanding job Marcus did. Any time I have submitted a maintenance request over the years, I have received a prompt response. The staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and dedicated to making sure repairs are completed quickly and thoroughly. It’s also worth mentioning how impressive the emergency maintenance service is — responding immediately, even during late-night situations. It’s rare to find such proactive and professional service. Barrington Place has truly been fortunate to have such caring and capable management and maintenance personnel. You are appreciated beyond words. “We have been customers since 2016. We have a Bruno stair chair in our home. 101 mobility installed it and has been working great for ten years. Their customer support is outstanding! They call back even after hours if you are having issues. I highly recommend this company and Nick if you are looking for mobility products.”

“I was very pleased with everything from begining to the end. Beginning with Mike, he was not high preassured but very informed. The installers called to let me know they would arrive. They introduced themselves and got right to work. There was not a lot of chatting but worked nicely together. They were finished in a little over 2 hours. “I am 71 overweight and suffer from diabetes and heart problems. We have 2 adult children living with us and all bedrooms are upstairs. Each day it was harder to get up. 101 Mobility and MArine came out and explained how the Bruno wors and could go up and park upstairs and take med down in the morning. It was one of a few that could handle my weight. This has been such a dream not having to worry could I get down in the morning and most… difficult how to get up at night. “We thought we had a dead battery (the battery is 4 years old) and called 101 Mobility to have the unit serviced. Tyler was very professional and after examining the unit explained to my wife that the batteries were ok and the contacts between the chair and the rails were dirty in two areas. He cleaned the rails and explained the operation of the lights and what to look for. Total cost was just that of a service call. Our stair lift is nine years… old and in its 2nd home.
