“We thought we had a dead battery (the battery is 4 years old) and called 101 Mobility to have the unit serviced. Tyler was very professional and after examining the unit explained to my wife that the batteries were ok and the contacts between the chair and the rails were dirty in two areas. He cleaned the rails and explained the operation of the lights and what to look for. Total cost was just that of a service call. Our stair lift is nine years… old and in its 2nd home.
