As the result of the COVID-19 (coronavirus), 101 Mobility of Boston is committed to following the guidelines set by the CDC, as well as our state and federal governments.

Our commitment is to limit the spread of COVID-19. For the time being, we will postpone all residential indoor installations for our product and service lines (stairlifts, ramps, home modifications) when residents are present, with the exception being an extreme emergency when residents can be safely isolated.

Outdoor Installations

101 Mobility was formed to assist people in need of help to remain mobile, accessible and independent. This core value of our company remains unchanged. We are planning to continue working with people and organizations who need us. Outdoor ramps and outdoor stairlifts are a couple of products that we are committed to installing in a way that is safe for all of us during this time. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need a ramp or an outdoor stairlift.

Indoor Installations

Additionally, 101 Mobility of Boston is prepared to complete any indoor work that is required for people to remain independent as soon as the CDC announces that it is safe to do this work. Many of our customers have provided us with photographs and descriptions of their needs. This information is great, as it allows us to estimate and sometimes even quote budgets required for any indoor work that is necessary, from stairlifts and patient lifts to elevators and home modifications. We can schedule these projects for a future date too!

As always, please don’t hesitate to contact us at 101 Mobility of Boston with any question or need that you or a loved one might have regarding staying independent.
