On October 11, 2019, 101 Moblity of Baltimore had the privilege of sponsoring The Coordinating Center’s Coworker Appreciation Breakfast and Community Resource Fair in celebration of National Case Management Week 2019, October 13-19, which “recognizes the dedication, compassion and patient care outcomes achieved by case management professionals” https://www.acmaweb.org/section.aspx?sID=82
Coming this May 2020, 101 Moblity of Baltimore will further its sponsorship at The Coordinating Center’s, CenterFlix, Taste of the Arts, 4th annual fundraising event. The CenterFlix evening of inspirational films and artwork will, for the first time, include a Taste of the Arts component showcasing area restaurants, wineries, and breweries providing their products for attendees to sample. This event also includes live music, an auction, and raffle opportunities.
Proceeds from both the Community Resource Fair and the CenterFlix, Taste of the Arts will benefit The Coordinating Center’s Family Resource Fund. According to The Coordinating Center, “The [Family Resource] Fund provides vital services and supports, including but not limited to: adaptive/medical equipment, dental/vision care, pharmacy/medical supplies, assistive technology, respite, summer camp, housing assistance, and help with home repairs and modifications”.* Renée Dain, Vice President, Business Development and Social Innovation
Responding to Consumer Needs
101 Moblity of Baltimore’s goals align with The Coordinating Center’s goals of promoting independence for clients and assisting caregivers through the provision of necessary resources. One of the goals that 101 Moblity of Baltimore has is to respond to consumer needs, beyond the products we sell. We are committed to assisting our clients with managing mobility challenges essential to living life on their own terms and providing overall comfort. As a sponsor we get to collaborate with many other companies in supporting good work taking place in our community, as well as provide essential economic support to the children and adults with disabilities served by The Coordinating Center.
