“Gary Bucher and his team is amazing! My mom had an emergency that affected her heart and strength. I knew she would need a stair lift to help her up and down the stairs. I contacted Gary and he stopped by that Friday afternoon to explain the system and the lease plan. It was SO SIMPLE and unbelievably AFFORDABLE! I was expecting to pay so much more! I was in a bind though as I had to fly back home on Monday, but Gary sent his technician… the next day to install the system. Luis was fast and efficient, and let me know he would stop by anytime if something ever went wrong with the system. He was friendly and professional but more importantly, he left me with confidence he would be available to help if needed. Andrew Weiss was amazing, took my call the night before Thanksgiving and showed up the following day. He took his time from the Holiday to check on the stairlift and worked on it.
