I called 101 Mobility for a quote. 101 Mobility answered as many questions as they could over the phone and then scheduled me for a professional to come out to the house. 101 Mobility confirmed the appointment and showed up on time. No logistical errors. The owner of the company evaluated the height of the steps and length of the ramp. ADA compliant. All of our questions and concerns were… answered right then and there. No run around. Within 4 days, the installers were installing the ramp. The installers were super nice and very professional. The ramp was installed within a few hours. The only negative was that it took a long time to get but that is out of One Mobility’s hands. They were upfront about the timing from the beginning. We chose to wait since we wanted a Bruno chairlift. Well worth the wait.”
