“What a team of true "Experts". I was sharing with a friend how I was trying to get a friend of mine to agree to getting a chair lift, as I had great concerns about her falling down her stairs. Immediately, she told me to contact 101 Mobility because they provided excellent products and service. I stopped by that afternoon (12/7/20) and met Jennifer. She encouraged me to bring my friend over so she could actually sit on a try a chair lift for herself. I found Jennifer to be very knowledgeable about the product as well as what my friend was going through with her mobility issues. After discussing this with my friend, she agreed to go in for a demonstration. On the day (12/8/2020) I was to take her in her doctor appointment took longer than expected, so we were unable to get there before closing...they graciously waited. When we arrived my friend was exhausted, this was not one of her better days. However, Jennifer and Tara were so patient in waiting for her to get out of the car and onto the chair lift. Being a difficult day actually worked to our benefit, since they were able to show her that even on a bad day, she had no problem going up and down their demo stairs. Jennifer also had suggested we consider purchasing a lift chair, which she also tried, and loved its ability to reduce the amount of energy she was using just trying to get up out of a regular chair. The next day(12/9/2020) I requested and receive the quote. My friend was ready to go, so I finalized the purchase of both the chair lift and lift chair the next day (12/10/2020). Due to the condition my friend was in, Tara and Brian installed the chair lift that Monday(12/14/2020). When Tara and Brian were extremely concerned with staying safe, wearing their masks and maintaining their social distance. They unloaded and explained every step they were going to take, updating, as they went along. As soon as they brought the chair in, they set it up, and then taught her how to use it. She immediately positioned the set for nap, and took it on the spot. Tara and Brian then installed the chair lift. Just as they were finishing my friend woke up and her training began. Both Tara and Brian wanted to make sure she was comfortable using it and understood how to get on and off, safely. Everyone has stated they have already seen an improvement in her energy level, plus she's happy! Jennifer, Tara, and Brian have, indeed, improved the quality of her life. This is a positive, upbeat team that knows a person's life can always improve, with just a little assistance. Their products are excellent, as her son was surprised when he turned around, she was standing next to him. He commented, "I didn't even hear the chair...it's so quiet...and I was sitting right behind it!"
