The technician that did the repair was Mark, and he was absolutely the nicest guy ever! He explained everything, and what the problems were with the lift. He completely fixed it, and it is up and running again. I would highly recommend using this service, and if you are lucky enough to get Mark, then that would be the best! Thank you so much Mark!
