Among Bruno’s national network of authorized dealers, by merit they can earn the status of Gold Dealer and the coveted title of Diamond Dealer. 101 Mobility of Richmond is listed on Bruno’s website as a Diamond dealer. From my initial call I was impressed with their professionalism.… A technician (Eric King) promptly arrived the next morning to assess our needs. Eric was friendly, courteous, very informative, and patiently addressed all of our questions. We have 2 flights of stairs separated by a landing. We opted for a Bruno Elite Curved stairlift for one continuous ride to the 2nd floor. Also, the Elite series supports 400lb, an important factor for motor life. While straight rail stairlifts are readily available, curved stairlifts are manufactured specifically for the customer’s unique requirements, which Eric determined by carefully placing markers along the intended path, taking digital photographs, processing them through Bruno’s specialized software, and transmitting the resulting specifications to the manufacturer. Our custom curved stairlift took approximately 6 weeks to arrive. To expedite installation, Eric and his assistant Derick offered to perform the installation on a holiday, above & beyond call of duty. (Thanks again guys!) They arrived promptly and within 3 hours had the stairlift ready for use! We couldn’t be more pleased with our Bruno stairlift and 101 Mobility of Richmond.
