“101 Mobility delivers a unique service with their custom stair lift rentals. After researching local suppliers and getting estimates, I thought I was going to have to either purchase a stair lift (tens of thousands of dollars that I didn’t have,) or rent two ‘straight’ lifts for my loved one to get up the stairs. What an incredible windfall to discover that 101 Mobility has the ability to install a customized, modular chair lift for a monthly… rental price. The install planning was exacting and thorough, and the included service was top notch. The customer service was flawless: the cost and expectations for installation were very clear, the response times quick and proactive, and the in-home service was fast and friendly. They even purchased a tablet for us to use to scan error codes if the lift malfunctioned, and to re-set it on our own. I have told everyone I can about them, and am more than happy to submit this review. “101 Mobility has been great! I did 3 fractures of my ankle in April. They answered our phone call when other local companies did not. They sent someone out to measure, etc. The metal ramp was a blessing! And their pricing was good, too! We had it taken out today, after 4 months. They are professional, helpful, and friendly. We highly recommend 101 Mobility.”
