The staff has been fantastic to work with and very responsive, especially Kelli in the office and Erik that came out for the estimate. They made the process of getting a temporary ramp for my Dad super easy and the ramp has made things so much easier.

From my first call to set up a repair on my 13 year old stairlift I was greeted by Kelli who was very nice and efficient. When Eric came for the repair, he was very mannerly and courteous as a person and efficient in his workmanship. I would want him back in my home.

Kelli deserves an 11 as a rating. She was one of the most helpful, accommodative and informative person . She was responsive and very helpful in getting the scooter we needed on very short notice.

My VPL has been wonderful. Staff, installers, and maintenance folks have been great to work with.

They do not require frequent servicing. Very durable. Lift provides a safe way to get from back porch to back yard with space enough for a wheel chair. Does not have a structure that ruins the appearance of the back yard. Stair chair is wonderful for people who have difficulty climbing stairs and easily gets me back and forth between upstairs and downstairs without assistance.
