“We can’t say enough about what a fabulous experience it has been working with 101 Mobility. From the initial call to request a quote to the extremely responsive coordination for a home visit. We asked for a ramp but upon reviewing our situation were immediately told it would be easier for us and more cost effective to install an outdoor chair lift. They came to install the lift within days and the installer was extremely detailed and tested… everything many times before showing us how to use it. Over the winter the chair never let us down and performed perfectly. They came and removed it when we were ready. Everyone we worked with was extremely nice, thorough and conscientious. This service is not something you encounter often these days. I have recommended them and will continue to send anyone in need of their services with high praise.
