  • “The ramp in the laundry room was installed in good order and this was a 10. The rubber ramp in the sunroom took 2.5 hours of work but is not a real good fit. The glue to hold down the lip in place did not work. It well be a short matter of time before it comes loose and get's in the way. I have bought glue and will fix it myself. For the amount of time that was taken on this project it should have been much better. I would not trust the installer to attempt to fix it. William”

With that said, our critasisum was ment to be constructive not to throw someone under the bus. Let’s start with the battery. Wires went straight through the compartment, over the air cleaner and through the firewall. There was a large rubber grommet for wires to go through , but, they went through the metal wall next to the grommet. Our car was showroom fresh, brand new and therefore it showed every scratch and ding on the trim along the side. It appeared to us the appropriate tools were not used. In the back wires were left loose . We felt they could have been bundled and zip tied to the frame. Yes, this is all cosmetic and does not hinder the operation of the lift. We felt the grade 5 was fair by our standards. Most people would not even notice the things we mentioned . You just happened to run into people who are very critical of how things are done. We hope this willl clarify our rating We were pleased with the service and the overall experience and would recommend the company to others and return if we were in need of service in the future..”
