This shaft elevator has a durable geared chain drive design that installs quickly & provides a smooth, stable ride and does not require a machine room. This requires less space in your home. There are a wide variety of cab sizes and finishes available to match your homes decor. Swing doors with safety interlocks can be used to protect each floor level and can blend with the other doors in your home. You can also choose modern automatic slim doors. Weight capacity is 950 lbs. Depending on model, # floors & construction cost is between $28,000 - $40,000

PNEUMATIC VACUUM ELEVATOR

Air-Driven Pneumatic home elevators are an innovative and space-saving solution to move people and goods vertically in a home. These panoramic elevators take up less space and have 3 models to choose from that can accomodate one to three passengers wheelchairaccessible. The pneumatic elevator is self supppoerting & does not require a shaft. It can be placed on the existing ground floor of the home. it requires minimal pre-construction and can be installed in 3-5 days.

• 2-Stop Single Passenger Model PVE30 (30” diameter, 350 lb capacity) costs between $40,000 - $45,000
• 2-Stop Two Passenger Model PVE37 (37” diameter, 450 lb capacity) between $50,000 - $55,000

SHAFT - LESS HOMELIFTS

This elevator is self- supporting, meaning there’s no need to use load-bearing walls. This lift travels on a unique space-saving rail system. It has a built-in electric drive system making it very quiet and does not require additional motors or machinery. Due to its small footprint, it is very easy to install into an existing home but it is also very stylish and ergonomic for new construction. Depending on model, # of floors & construction cost is between $28,000 - $40,000
