Office staff and installation team were very courteous, knowledgeable, and compassionate to try to get installation in prior to my father-in-law’s doctor appointment so we could get him out of the house safely. “The team was exceptional with the service provided . I needed a stair lift for an elderly family member with mobility issues. A gentleman was at my house the next day. He provided advice based on our specific needs. Two days later the lift was installed. What we rented was top of the line at an affordable price. This resulted in a better quality of life for over a year for my Aunt. During my rental I experienced the need for minor… maintenance. They were quick to respond and fixed the problem. Inevitably we no longer needed the equipment. When I called for pick up they were out in a flash. Several of the caregivers had positive comments and were not aware that you could actually rent this type of equipment. I highly recommend this company and their products.”
