“Our experience with Cody was excellent. He was both the salesman and installer of our new stairlift. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and professional. We can’t speak to the quality or longevity of the equipment yet as this is day one, but it appears to be well built and we expect it to last a long time.”

“My mom was trying to get the chairlift installed by nameless company to come service the chairlift and replace the battery but the nameless company said that it would be two weeks before they could come and they really didn’t care how my 80+ year old parents could function without the chairlift. My mom contacted 101 Mobility and the receptionist contacted Cody and asked could he assist. Although most companies don’t like working on others… install, I am very thankful that Cody made a way to my parents house and serviced the chairlift. Cody made some adjustments, changed batteries and tightened everything down like it should’ve been done by the nameless company. My parents were very happy with the service Cody provided and I am more thankful because I’m 4 hrs away so being that Cody could take the time to help my parents during a pretty stressful time is greatly appreciated.
