Featured Mobility Products in Atlanta, GA

Atlanta’s suburbs are full of multi-story homes: the split-levels and two-story Colonials common in Gwinnett, the larger custom builds in Alpharetta and Johns Creek, the older homes in Sandy Springs and Decatur with their narrow stairwells and uneven entrances. We work in all of them. Our CAPS-certified team visits your home, assesses what you need, and installs everything properly.

Our Top Mobility Solutions for Atlanta Residents

We help people of all ages stay in the homes they’ve built their lives in. Most of our customers aren’t looking for a care facility. They want to stay put, in their neighbourhood, near their families, in a home that’s familiar. Our job is to make that possible.

We work with individuals and families across the full range of needs: post-surgical recovery, progressive conditions, aging in place, and accessibility for children with mobility challenges. Products include stairlifts, wheelchair ramps, home elevators, and platform lifts. Everything we carry is backed by a one-year service warranty. Financing is available through Mobility Trust, Lendkey, and Georgia’s Creditable Programme.

Frequently Asked Questions

Pre-owned straight stairlifts start around $3,400. New straight models start from around $4,000, and curved stairlifts start higher because the rail is custom-built to your staircase. We don’t publish fixed prices online because every home is different. A free in-home assessment is the only accurate way to get a real number.

A standard straight stairlift is installed and safety-tested in under two hours. Curved stairlifts take a few days from the initial measurement to installation because the rail is manufactured specifically for your staircase. Most customers are up and running within a week of their first consultation.

101 Mobility of Atlanta holds Certificate of Authorization E-210, which means our installers are state-licensed elevator mechanics. Not every dealer in Atlanta can say that, and it matters for safety and compliance.

Yes. Eligible veterans can apply for the VA HISA grant (up to $6,800) or the Special Adaptive Housing program for larger modifications. We can help you work out which program applies and how to navigate the paperwork.

Georgia’s Medicaid waiver programs may cover certain mobility equipment for qualifying residents. Coverage depends on your specific waiver type and eligibility. We can advise on what we’ve seen covered in practice.

Straight stairlifts run on a standard rail and suit staircases with no bends or landings. Curved stairlifts use a custom rail that follows the exact shape of your staircase, including turns, intermediate landings, and spiral sections. We’ll tell you which type suits your stairs during the free visit.

Yes. We carry outdoor stairlift models from Bruno and Handicare built for external conditions: rainfall, humidity, and temperature variation. Both straight and curved outdoor configurations are available.

We serve the full Atlanta metropolitan area and travel up to 150 miles from our Braselton location. Areas we cover regularly include Marietta, Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Sandy Springs, Roswell, Cumming, Gainesville, Decatur, Lawrenceville, Duluth, Kennesaw, Smyrna, Dunwoody, Peachtree City, Newnan, Macon, Athens, and Augusta.

We work with Mobility Trust, Lendkey, and Georgia’s Creditable Programme to offer monthly payment options for qualified buyers. Rentals are also available. During the consultation, we’ll walk you through whichever option fits your budget and timeline.

We’ve been in this market since 2013, longer than any other local dealer. We hold Georgia’s Certificate of Authorization E-210, we’re the first and oldest Bruno Diamond Dealer in North Georgia, and we use our own in-house crew for every installation.
