Pre-owned straight stairlifts start around $3,400. New straight models start from around $4,000, and curved stairlifts start higher because the rail is custom-built to your staircase. We don’t publish fixed prices online because every home is different. A free in-home assessment is the only accurate way to get a real number.

A standard straight stairlift is installed and safety-tested in under two hours. Curved stairlifts take a few days from the initial measurement to installation because the rail is manufactured specifically for your staircase. Most customers are up and running within a week of their first consultation.

101 Mobility of Atlanta holds Certificate of Authorization E-210, which means our installers are state-licensed elevator mechanics. Not every dealer in Atlanta can say that, and it matters for safety and compliance.

Yes. Eligible veterans can apply for the VA HISA grant (up to $6,800) or the Special Adaptive Housing program for larger modifications. We can help you work out which program applies and how to navigate the paperwork.

Georgia’s Medicaid waiver programs may cover certain mobility equipment for qualifying residents. Coverage depends on your specific waiver type and eligibility. We can advise on what we’ve seen covered in practice.

Straight stairlifts run on a standard rail and suit staircases with no bends or landings. Curved stairlifts use a custom rail that follows the exact shape of your staircase, including turns, intermediate landings, and spiral sections. We’ll tell you which type suits your stairs during the free visit.

Yes. We carry outdoor stairlift models from Bruno and Handicare built for external conditions: rainfall, humidity, and temperature variation. Both straight and curved outdoor configurations are available.
