Listen to what our customers are saying.

“thanks for your expertise”

“I can not recommend this company highly enough. Prompt responses to inquiries and questions, and excellent installation in a tight situation. Our two stair lifts are operating flawlessly, giving my wife more freedom in our home.”

“We coudnt be happier! We couldn’t believe how quickly you guys were able to get the equipment in that we needed. Josh came out to service us and he was so quick and professional. Josh was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions!!! Great job, thanks for everything!!!”

“Words cannot describe or Express how grateful we are for the Amazing, Wonderful, Excellent and Superior job of the ramp installment at my mother’s house. Thank you so very much 1O1 Mobility and Mr. Josh Beeson for your care and attention.”

“The people that work at this establishment are the BEST!!!! Israel is a gem and an expert in accommodating all the needs of his customers with a smile and kindness. I first met him at a now extinct storefront and was thrilled to find him again when I sought a new place to take of my mobility needs. The relief I felt to again have someone I could trust is worth a million stars. I know I will never be immobil”

“As a businessperson and as a consumer I’ve not before experienced such high levels of professionalism, responsiveness and sensitivity as shown by Israel Santiago and the Mobility 101 team. It is with the utmost appreciation and respect that I am pleased to recommend them.”

Absolutely love 101 Mobility in Sarasota, FL! We spent a lot of time researching and talking to various dealers of various stairlifts as we did not want to make a mistake on an important and expensive purchase. From the start of our dealing with Israel at 101 Mobility to the installation of our Bruno CRE-2110 Elite Curve 6 weeks later, we can only say how glad we are that we found this dealer. The pricing was fair (yep curve’s are pricey) but with the expertise of Israel, Josh and two other super installers it was worth every penny. The co-ordination and work ethic of these guys was amazing. Anytime we went to check on the progress they were all working and seemed to love what they were doing. Attached are pictures of the finished product from top to bottom. The stairway width is 43″ wide from wall to wall, and when the chair is folded at the top the depth taken away from the stairway is 17.5″ – not bad at all considering we have no room for the chair to turn and hide out of the way at the top. The bottom is great as we have it turn 90 degrees out of the way of the stairs and can simply leave the chair open. We have confidence in 101 Mobility and am sure we made the right choice.

Josh came from Sarasota to East Naples to find out why my neighbors wheelchair lift did not work, after we had called multiple companies, one of which did nothing and still charged a lot!! Josh diagnosed and repaired what he had available and told a neighbor what switch to get and how to connect it! My friend has no legs but is extremely independent and had been confined for 6 days!! Because of Josh she is out and about!! Thank you to an awesome young man. Wonderful service! Vivian Pitt and Barbara Clark.

Frequently Asked Questions

We provide a variety of ramps, including threshold ramps, portable ramps, and aluminum modular ramps. We offer residential and commercial ramp solutions. Our experts can help you determine the best ramp based on the height of the steps, the mobility device you use, and your personal preferences.

Some of our ramps are designed to be portable and can be easily moved or adjusted as needed.

Measure the distance from the top step/landing to the ground (RISE). ADA recommendation is to have a 1:12 slope. This is a foot of ramp for every inch of rise. For example, if you need a ramp to the porch and it is 24” from the ground, you will need a ramp approximately 24’.

Residential ramps are 36” wide and have two-line handrails. Commercial ramps are 48” wide and have handrails with vertical pickets. Commercial ramps must be used in public buildings.

Yes. Our aluminum ramps are designed with high‑traction surfaces that perform well in all weather conditions, including snow and ice.

Yes. Many of our modular ramps can be installed temporarily and removed when no longer needed.

We do not build wood ramps. We install best‑in‑class modular aluminum ramps that are durable, weather‑resistant, and ADA‑aligned.

Aluminum can warm up in direct sunlight, but its open design allows heat to dissipate more quickly than many other materials.

We utilize the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as a guideline to determine that ramp length.

Pricing varies based on ramp size and length. Please reach out to your local 101 Mobility for detailed pricing information. You can also discuss rental options. There may be many reasons that insurance does not cover some products, and we encourage you to reach out to your insurance provider for more clarification. If you would like us to prepare a free estimate, give us a call to schedule an appointment.

Shorter lengths could create a sharp incline making it more difficult to or dangerous to use.

At the free consultation we will supply a drawing of the ramp components and confirm the installation schedule. We stock a large selection or ramp components that allow us to meet immediate needs. Give us a call to check our schedule availability.

Yes, they are durable, rust-proof and low-maintenance, suitable to withstand cold, snow and road salt. They feature non-slip surface for safety.

Ramp length is based on slope requirements to ensure safety and ease of use. Shorter ramps may create unsafe inclines, which is why ADA‑aligned standards typically require 1 foot of ramp for every inch of rise. We offer solutions for small spaces, temporary needs, and weather‑exposed areas.
