Straight stairlifts tend to be more affordable while curved lifts require custom rails. Scheduling a free consultation will help confirm the right product and allow for accurate pricing.

Insurance typically doesn’t cover stairlifts, but we recommend contacting your provider. We don’t directly bill insurance providers, but we will provide a detailed invoice you can submit for payment. They could also share local agency contact information as a possible source for funding.

Most straight stairlifts can be installed in two to four hours. Curved models may take longer due to custom fabrication. While we keep stairlifts in stock for prompt installation, custom models can normally be shipped within three weeks.

Stairlifts are anchored to the stair treads with small screws, which provides a more sound and sturdy installation. When the unit is removed, only minor, repairable holes are left behind.
