“So I’m writing this statement prematurely due to them not done with my project yet. From the first call I placed to 101 speaking with Robin and explaining the issues I was having and that I needed help solving it. Robin took all my info down and had an appointment for a tech to come look at my issue. 2 days later tech arrives clean cut in a professional appearance with his tools. I escorted him to my pool area and he began to diagnose my issue by eliminating possibles along the way. He called Robin and got me a rough quote and ordered the 2 parts that I needed. Next day Robin sent invoice via email, I called her and paid in full without job being completed. I as a business manager never pay in full until job is completed but the customer service that Robin showed and the tech demonstrated I felt I would not have to worry about it at all.
