My dad got two stair lifts installed and they work wonderfully. They were able to come install them before his discharge so they were in place by the time he got home – which gave 101 mobility only a week to get it done. I appreciate how accommodating and fast they were.

The sales guy didn’t sell me the expensive thing I asked for. He showed me a less expensive solution to my problem.

The staff know their products and clients very well. Staff are patient, understanding of client’s needs and give good recommendations for products. The products are efficient. I recommend 101 mobility.

Pleased with responsiveness, particular by Austin Gangestad. We had to have batteries replaced because of my negligence, but the machine is otherwise fine and works well in all weather. The technician put me on to places where the required batteries, if ever needed replacement again, could be obtained inexpensively, and he showed me in detail the relatively simple replacement process. Suggestion that can be communicated to customers: a simple Weber-brand weather cover for a 22-inch round Weber barbecue is a perfect fit for this Bruno model and hangs clear to the bottom of all machinery, keeping it completely rain and snow free and is not at all clumsy. It is far superior to the frame-mounted partial cover that comes with the stair climber and costs about $30 at Home Depot.

Throughout the year-long process of getting our Bruno chairlift exactly right, Austin & Jake have been professional and accommodating. The quality of the product & installation is stellar.
