My dad got two stair lifts installed and they work wonderfully. They were able to come install them before his discharge so they were in place by the time he got home – which gave 101 mobility only a week to get it done. I appreciate how accommodating and fast they were.

Pleased with responsiveness, particular by Austin Gangestad. We had to have batteries replaced because of my negligence, but the machine is otherwise fine and works well in all weather. The technician put me on to places where the required batteries, if ever needed replacement again, could be obtained inexpensively, and he showed me in detail the relatively simple replacement process. Suggestion that can be communicated to customers: a simple Weber-brand weather cover for a 22-inch round Weber barbecue is a perfect fit for this Bruno model and hangs clear to the bottom of all machinery, keeping it completely rain and snow free and is not at all clumsy. It is far superior to the frame-mounted partial cover that comes with the stair climber and costs about $30 at Home Depot.

Throughout the year-long process of getting our Bruno chairlift exactly right, Austin & Jake have been professional and accommodating. The quality of the product & installation is stellar.

The Bruno stair lift fits my needs perfectly. It has become an essential tool in managing my disability. The installation was professional and faster than predicted, and Jake was friendly and helpful in demonstrating the operation of the stair lift and answering my questions.

The staff went all out to get the chair lift in place by deadline so my husband could come home and not to a small assistant living place on very short notice. Many thanks for the hard work. The product is very streamline and clean looking.

They’re so attentive to updating the app so you always know what you’re child has been up to. Ms. Caitlin has been a DREAM working in the infant room, my husband and I really appreciate all she does for our baby girl. Truly though, I can’t say enough great things about… the staff in general. Even when I had a mild panic attack (first time Mom), the director Ms. Jessica was so kind, polite, and took the time to make sure I was heard and that they were doing things that made me even comfortable! My baby is 5 months and has been there about 6 weeks, I honestly have 0 anxiety about sending her there M-F; I know I am in the loop with everything, I know when events are the staff greats me everyday.
