“Greg, Alex and their team did an amazing job from the decision making process all the way through installation. It was a low-pressure, extremely professional, and easy experience. We consulted with Greg who helped us evaluate which option would give us the best mobility and access to our home. We went with an outdoor lift option. Greg measured multiple times and got us to exactly the right quote so that everyone was on the same page prior to… order. Fast forward less than 6 weeks, and the installation began. The crew was so well mannered and respectful of us and our property. They cleaned up the site before leaving and left the area safe for us and our dogs. They took great care to make sure that we felt comfortable with all the safety features and how to operate the lift. This has materially changed how the people and pets move about a house that was so restricted by stairs. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has mobility needs. “This company was wonderful! The entire process was so easy and quick. Mr. Hanna came by to measure our stairs and take the needed pictures that were to be sent out for the custom lift. He explained that each stair lift is custom to your particular setup, he explained the length of time it would take from fabrication to installation and he was spot on. Once I got the call from 101 Mobility stating the lift was finished we set up the installation.… Two young men arrived at my house at 11 in the morning and were completely done by 5. They showed my husband how to work his new lift and explained routine maintenance to me, now my husband can see our basement for the first time since we moved in our new home!
