And thankful that 101 mobility ables to meet my requirements and build the ramp in the time they give. Overall, I am fully satisfied with 101 mobility.”

“We needed a wheelchair platform lift for our garage. Contacted 3 places. 2 National firms and 101 Mobility operating from St Albert. All 3 came out and told us our landing would need to be replaced as it was too small for a wheelchair. 2 of the 3 told us to have the landing brought up to wheelchair requirements then call back when done. They gave us a quote for just the lift and said call when the landing is redone. If it meets all the… requirements we will install the lift. Hmm…. what are all the requirements? One dealer told us what was needed, the other told us nothing. Arias and Angel from 101 Mobility came out, told us all the same things as the other two national companies in terms of the product (all 3 install the same lift). Arias and Angel said the landing was too small and we also replace landings. They talked to us about the building requirements on a landing for a platform lift. We discussed options, requirements, they took measurements and got back with a quote for the entire project. They are a one stop shop! FYI. All three companies were the same price for the basic lift installed. 101 made it easy. After they reviewed the warranty paper work, how to use the lift, the safety functions and gave us the warranty and owners manual. They will be back in 6 months to inspect the moving components and insure in good order. This is a family company doing it all themselves. They are personable, with have a financial vested interest in doing an excellent job. This company deserves to be one of the company’s you call for quotes.”Read MoreRead Less

“We used 101 Mobility of Edmonton to install a Flex step in our garage. Flex step is a combination lift/stairs to get into the house. It works great in that I can use it as a lift as I have mobility issues but the rest of the time it is converted to stairs for my husband to use. 101 Mobility did a great job! They came out prior to installing the step to do some initial set up (about 1/2 a day). There were a few weeks between when then did this… and when they installed the flex step but they put the other stairs back to be used in the interim. They did a great job installing the flex step – took about 1/2 a day and they made sure we knew how it worked before leaving. “Just had a stair lift put in, and they did a fantastic job. It was a long wait, as the lift had to be ordered from the US and they kept in touch with me about the wait in customs and when it was back on the way. Had one small hiccup over scheduling, but it was a small matter and handled well. When they came to put the lift in, they did a fantastic job, and were very professional! Found out it was the very first time they were putting in this… particular model of lift, but they did not take any chances that things would go wrong and checked the instructions of the model all the way through the process, which I think is fantastic! Many ‘professionals’ would have pretended they knew everything, rather than seem like they didn’t have all the information, and I am glad that they were not like and put my safety first. I would 100% recommend these guys. From the time I called them about a quote to the time of install, they were, not just polite, but extremely friendly, and obviously care about their clients. They also cleaned up behind themselves, and the only thing we found was that the garage lights were accidentally left on. Again, not really a problem! “I requested a quote for a garage porch lift from 101 mobility. I also applied and received a ramp grant to help pay for this lift. The quote was for site preparation and installation of porch lift. The work from 101 mobility was fantastic with relocation of stairs and landing flush with my garage door is excellent as no steps are required to struggle with anymore. My lift is a game changer, I am a stroke survivor with limited mobility so using a… manual wheelchair with my caregiver is so convenient and this wheelchair lift has removed my anxiety of falling when using a quad cane. Aris did a fantastic job on site preparation and installation of this wheelchair porch lift. I am so happy to leave the house now with safety and no hassles.
