Installers were very professional and installed two stairlifts in a day. Both work very well and they did a nice job in explains the operation. Also the sales rep did a great job in understanding our needs and following up on the sale from design of the custom job to order delivery.

Our maintenance person arrived as scheduled and promptly and efficiently serviced our elevator. A part that needed some repair was taken outside to minimize clean-up. All questions were answered and some suggestions made to maximize our lift. Our Duo-Lift has been everything that we anticipated.
