Mr. Fouad BouSalman (also known as Edie) explained the process for installation and pricing. At all times he was extremely professional, patient and kind. “Wow, this team was absolutely fantastic to work with, and the circumstances were very challenging! They installed a lift and I didn’t feel it was what I needed so we switched to another lift, a version of which I had many years ago. But due to the level of my disability changing, once it was installed I was not able to handle it. Yes, we were all quite exasperated (although everyone there was totally patient with me) it was apparent the first… lift had to be reinstalled with a few tweaks done by Raul. Yes folks, that’s 3 installs and 2 uninstalls. Of course there were understandable charges for all of this but I am up and running again. The team came to my house to do the work as I am not able to drive over the hill but they very willingly accommodated me.
