From the sale to the installation, I found 101 Mobility to be professional, responsive and conscientious. Thank you for a job well done!

Everything I received was fantastic and I had no problems with anything. The service people are courteous and friendly and knowledgeable.

Salesman was very knowledgeable. He explained everything in great detail and was able to come up with a plan that worked for me.

Excellent staff, service and products. Very responsive and helpful. Fair prices and ethical. What more does a customer want?

Outstanding service and product. Very impressed with all of the employees and their professionalism and desire to assist us in any way possible. The chair lift is a Godsend for my wife and has taken all of the anxiety and physical stress out of navigating the staircase to the second floor.

The 101 Mobility team were very professional and polite, they did a excellent job installing a chair lift . Would highly recommend them.

The installers and front office were very friendly and helpful. Thanks Guys!

Robert was very courteous & friendly. He explained everything to me. The only reason I gave a 9 is because I haven’t had a chance to use him for any follows issues as the installation: “So far, so good”.

Robert and his staff were very professional and helpful!

It was an absolute pleasure to do business with Robert. This chair lift is installed at my mom’s condo, and me, being remote, was in need of someone I could trust to perform the entire project independently. I was very fortunate to contact Robert. He thoroughly discussed our needs, presented the options, and upon contract closure, managed everything through completion. Communication with him was always outstanding. If you are considering installing a chair lift, and want it done right, then you must contact Robert and give him a chance to earn your business, you will not be disappointed.

Frequently Asked Questions

We provide a variety of ramps, including threshold ramps, portable ramps, and aluminum modular ramps. We offer residential and commercial ramp solutions. Our experts can help you determine the best ramp based on the height of the steps, the mobility device you use, and your personal preferences.

Some of our ramps are designed to be portable and can be easily moved or adjusted as needed.

Measure the distance from the top step/landing to the ground (RISE). ADA recommendation is to have a 1:12 slope. This is a foot of ramp for every inch of rise. For example, if you need a ramp to the porch and it is 24” from the ground, you will need a ramp approximately 24’.

Residential ramps are 36” wide and have two-line handrails. Commercial ramps are 48” wide and have handrails with vertical pickets. Commercial ramps must be used in public buildings.
